No Refunds
All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products unless the item received is damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with the replacement process.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this processing time is separate from the shipping time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hrs for the tracking information to be updated.
Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Tru, Inc. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Tru, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information.
United States Shipping
For orders throughout the United States, we offer a simple flat rate option for only $4.99. In addition, you will receive free shipping for all orders over $50.
International Shipping
As international shipping has become extremely expensive, the company has decided to offer the flat rates below to minimize surprising dynamic costs at checkout.
Canada Flat Rate: $29
Mexico Flat Rate: $29
Europe Flat Rate: $49
Rest of World: $79
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tru Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@drinktru.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
