For orders throughout the United States, we offer a simple flat rate option for only $4.99.
If preferred, you can expedite your order. As this is dependent on weight and region, dynamic shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In addition, you will receive free shipping for all orders over $50.
As international shipping can become extremely expensive, the company has decided to offer the flat rates below to minimize surprising dynamic costs at checkout.

As with domestic shipping, you can expedite your order with dynamic pricing. As this is dependent on weight and region, it will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tru Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
By selecting Green Package Protection at checkout, your order will be protected from loss, damage, or theft. Should anything happen to your order, you will be able to quickly file a claim through the Route team for an instant refund or reimbursement. If you do not purchase Green Package Protection with Route and your order arrives damaged in any way, Tru is not responsible. We highly recommend you use Green Package Protection at checkout.
