Refund Policy
All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on beverages.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Contact us at support@drinktru.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll send a replacement.
Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged product so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
