The fact that it makes me sleepy but not groggy in the morning is astounding. I tried the seltzer but I felt it was so much liquid to have to drink. Even half of one shot is enough to make me sleepy. Im not going to lie, its always had difficulty in falling asleep. Through the years I've tried various OTC (over the counter) medications such as diphenhydramine and doxylamine. As these are anticholinergic drugs, they come with terrible side effects of dry mouth, constipation, and lacrimation. Not to mention they present a battle to get up or function in the morning!So when I first discovered this, I really liked the ingredients as its 100% healthy. I ordered myself a four pack to try and fell in love!!! I loved how easy it was to take....one simple shot!! And on top of it, it tasted great!! It kicked in within 20-30 minutes.
