Products and Ingredients

With the exception of Tru Beauty Seltzer which contains collagen (a non-vegan ingredient), all Tru drinks and shots are completely vegan.

All wellness shots have 0 calories; whereas, our sparkling beverages contain anywhere between 5-10 calories. In other words, all of our Tru drinks and shots are low calorie.

All of our products were obsessively formulated without the 8 major allergens. There is no wheat, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, soybeans, peanuts, or tree nuts. We wanted to make sure Tru was available to as many people as possible.

All of our products contain 0-2 grams of sugar. As everyone is on their own fitness journey, our team wanted to create products that were accessible to everyone.

All Tru products are keto-friendly. Our wellness shots have 0 carbohydrates and our sparkling beverages contain 4 net carbohydrates. While there are 11 carbohydrates listed on the label, there are also 7 grams of sugar alcohols. (11-7=4).

Shipping and Returns

At the moment, Tru is only available in the USA; however, we are planning on expanding the offering to new countries soon.

If you are based in the USA, you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days.

If you are an Amazon Prime customer, your order will be completely free. If not, Amazon orders over $35 are typically free as well.

You may return your product in exchange for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. If this window is exceeded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer as outlined in our refund policy.
