What is Magnesium?
Magnesium was first discovered and introduced as an element in 1755 by Joseph Black.  It is considered one of the seven essential macronutrients within the body. It is labeled as such because the body needs at least 100 milligrams each day to be considered sufficient. A magnesium deficiency is a very common issue within the United States today.
