just a more fun way to take your supplements

there's a good chance you're taking some of the supplements in this drink already in pill form. i consider this just a tastier way to get them. i am not in love with the flavor, but it's acceptable. totally acceptable and it's good, just good enough. so - all of the things in here are just good for you and your skin. just the best - you will see a difference if you are taking these supplements on any level via this drink or pills. so if you hate taking pills, why not drink them? a bubbly drink is way more fun than pills - promise.
