What is Turmeric?
Turmeric is a compound which is often combined with piperine to enhance the effectiveness of its many health benefits. One of turmeric’s main ingredients in curcumin, a commonly used anti-inflammatory which is especially soluble within the bloodstream when combined with piperine. Turmeric has long been used in Indian medicinal practices and even is a spice used to give curry its color. 
What are the Health Benefits of Turmeric?
