What are the Health Benefits of Resveratrol?Being an antioxidant, resveratrol fights harmful cells called free radicals, which float around the bloodstream causing many issues. High levels of free radicals have been linked to cancer as well as many other chronic illnesses. Another one of the chronic illnesses which antioxidants like resveratrol can help prevent and treat is high blood pressure and all of the complications which can evolve from it.
